I graduated from St. Petersburg College with an Associate of Science Degree in Aviation Management and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of South Florida in Tampa. I was a certified Air Training Command Instructor with the United States Air Force, where I graduated #1 in my class of 125 in Security Police School and gained extensive teaching experience as a USAF Security Police Patrol Dog Handler. I am a certified flight instructor and was an Adjunct Instructor of Airline Finance & Management at St. Petersburg College. I have piloted everything from sea planes to corporate jets to commercial Boeing 727 airplanes for Eastern Airlines. My management and sales experience covered the fields of Sea Product Sales, Financial Software Sales and Service, supervision of limited partnership offerings, and Financial Consulting.
My hobbies include scuba diving, fishing, golf & swimming—all great activities to be enjoyed year-round here in Florida. My wife, Laura & I have three children and three grandsons.
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
